Tim serves as a financial services and operational consultant to DoubleBlue Capital. Prior to working with DoubleBlue, he was Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Account Management at GE Capital (1984-2010) managing the relationship of their largest global accounts including Wal-Mart, PayPal, Dell, Hyundai Capital, ASDA and Tesco. For the last 8 years he has worked in the BPO industry for such companies as Convergys, Stream, Alorica, and most recently Conduent. He has managed the operational call center and business activities for such clients as AT&T, Sprint, Cricket, FIS, Synchrony Financial, Chase, Goldman Sachs and Chase. Prior to GE Capital, Tim spent 3years at Chemical Bank/MHT focused on new product development and banking strategy for the fourth largest bank. Tim holds an MBA and BA from Hofstra University and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
