Ken is a senior aerospace executive and operating advisor with more than 20 years of experience across aviation, aerospace distribution, MRO, and strategy consulting. He currently serves as an Aerospace & Defense Sector Advisor to Audax Private Equity, supporting investment diligence, operational assessment, and value creation initiatives across the firm’s aerospace portfolio. Mr. Aso previously served as Chief Operating Officer of FDH Aero, a global aerospace distributor with more than $1 billion in revenue. In this role, he led operations across the company’s electronics and hardware divisions, overseeing more than $800 million in annual sales and global functions including supply chain, warehousing, purchasing, quality, and demand planning. He also led the integration of more than a dozen operating businesses into a consolidated divisional structure. Earlier in his career, Mr. Aso was a Partner in the Aviation, Aerospace & Defense practice at Oliver Wyman, where he advised OEMs, airlines, MRO providers, distributors, and investors on strategy, operational transformation, and investment diligence. His prior operating roles include senior leadership positions at Boeing and StandardAero. Mr. Aso holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and has led aerospace engagements across more than 20 countries
